A Holiday Message from Dominic Iannitti, DocMagic President and CEO

Dear Clients:

The holidays bring the opportunity to express our sincere appreciation for your business. During this season of celebration, I would like to personally thank you for the trust you have placed in DocMagic.

As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, allow me to go through a quick recap of some DocMagic milestones.

I remember way back to the beginning and our introduction of same-day turnaround for our Southern California clients. It wasn't long before we were delivering documents across telephone lines using 1,200 baud modems.

We developed the industry's first audit system which has grown to the comprehensive compliance audits and proven legal and regulatory expertise we are known for today.

I recall the milestones involved with moving from desktop to online and on to mobile with our recent BorrowerMobile launch.

DocMagic's first compliance webinar happily surprised us with an audience of over 2000 satisfied attendees.

Last year we moved to our beautiful new headquarters and Tech Center which then won the American Institute of Architects Award & IDA International Design Award for 2013.

Our first Facebook contest "Vote for DocMagic" was a roaring success with our winner taking a fantastic trip to Washington D.C. Another Facebook contest will be announced soon.

And my favorite milestone? The completion, on video, of the eSigning of an electronic request for an IRS 4506-T from inside a moving Tesla Automobile using the car's own 17" touch screen...proving that our technology allows for completely electronic transactions, esigned on the go.

This is just a small recap of the great moments that stand out in my mind. I am so proud of our accomplishments and the employees that made them possible. Year after year DocMagic invents, refines and develops products and services that keep your business fully compliant and moving forward. What remains the same is our commitment to provide the best loan document solutions available... anywhere.
