Celebrating Lori Johnson — A 2026 Women of Inspiration Honoree 🎉

We’re pleased to share some exciting news. Our Chief Operating Officer, Lori Johnson, has been named a 2026 Women of Inspiration award winner by the National Mortgage Professional.

The award recognizes exceptional leadership, meaningful industry contributions, and a commitment to mentoring others. Lori has spent her career doing all three.

With more than three decades of mortgage technology experience, Lori has helped shape how digital lending is implemented and scaled. At DocMagic, she leads strategy, client implementation, and service delivery, playing a key role in advancing eClosing adoption across the industry. Her work refining our implementation model has helped clients deploy faster, reduc operational costs, and navigate periods of rapid market change with greater confidence.

Just as important as her professional achievements is the impact Lori has on the people around her. She’s widely known within our organization as a mentor who genuinely invests in others’ growth, encouraging women across teams to build technical skills, develop leadership confidence, and pursue new opportunities.
